AWOL Chat Bar and other stuff
Well it has been a long time coming but finally here is another entry to the AWOL Blog!
Hopefully you may have noticed a few changes over the last few months on this website, and today we can announce a new facility for anyone who is logged on to our Forum – the AWOL Chat Bar. This adds the capability for members of our site to have live chats with each other, and with us here at AWOL when they are online. We must stress though that you must be logged in to the forum to do this. If you are not logged in you will see a message – “Welcome, Guest. Please login or register.” – in the bar at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on those links will take you to the relevant sign up or login page for our forum. Don’t forget that if you already have a registration with AWOL, you automatically are registered at the forum, BUT if you have never previously visited the forum and logged in there your membership for the forum will not yet be active. This is a one time process after which you can log in on any part of the AWOL site, or optionally choose never to be logged out of the forum so the chat facility is always available to you whenever you visit us. Please [emailcrypt email=’’ subject=”AWOL Chat Bar” title=”Click me”]contact us by clicking here[/emailcrypt] or on the ‘Contact Us’ button at the top of your screen if you are having any technical or other difficulties with the use of this or any other parts of our website.
Since relaunching our website in the early months of this year, we have been hard at work adding to it, with the most recent addition being the AWOL Shop; we will be adding some more products to this in the next couple of months. Just in time for Christmas! We have more projects currently under wraps which we will reveal to the world in the fullness of time, so watch this space!
Thank you for reading and for visiting AWOLonline. If you are not already a reader of our weekly newspaper you can find it on this site here, here and here, as well as on Issuu.com and MediaFire (we provide a link to the latest issue there every week), and also on Facebook. The links allow you the choice of either reading the issue online or downloading to your computer.
We hope you enjoy both the newspaper and this website!
